Two self proclaimed nuns in California are continuing the fight to keep their marijuana based business from being shut down.
The two women, who call themselves “sisters of the valley”, make CBD oil which is said to help with seizures among many other things. They also make a high- CBD cannabis salve that has been proven to work for migraines, hangovers, headaches, earaches, diaper rash, etc.
Both sisters consider their work to be a spiritual endeavor as it goes along with their goals to help as many people around them as possible.
A proposed marijuana ban in Merced county may be threatening their work, but the sisters will continue to fight.
Many small businesses in the cannabis industry are having to stay up to date with the ever changing laws around marijuana. 2016 is expected to bring a huge amount of change in legislation, so all companies can do at this point is stay on their toes.
